The conference rate for one night is $64 based on double occupancy. The rooms should be booked prior to April 1st of 2012. The rates for conference participants will remain the same after April 1st but rooms maybe not be available. To get the conference rate you have to call the hotel by phone and mention the codeword Carolina Dynamics since their net-booking (webpage) is not aware of the contract we have with the hotel.
